I had always passed the restaurant but never stopped as I was thinking over thick, slice hero bread with tons of meat stuffed inside, I saw a sign that said Empanadas so I went in and realized I was completely wrong about this restaurant. Ox tails, bake chicken,salads, salmon, and so many other delicious looking meals and did I mention that I love flan and yes they sell that also I can't believe I had misjudged this restaurant for so many years but not anymore. Today, I picked up 3 empernadas, which was good but better with some hot sauce to enhance my taste. I would definitely be back to this Cuban home cooking restaurant. Please go and see what's inside. Don't be like me and misjudg this restaurant for so many years.

To start the front door is open so expect flies to roam the open food area. As for the food the rice was watered down. The bean way to soft and soggy. The chicken was tough and rubbery as if it was made the day before. The portion is small so don’t expect to be wowed. Water down rice with soggy beans and rubber chicken for $17. Never again will I go here to buy food.

Don't try the Cuban sandwich. You will not be pleased. No mayo, just a slice of pickle that was paper thin, roast pork was dry and tasteless and the ham seemed burnt. So sorry I wanted $10 on this. The other food looked appetizing but I will not be going back.

Fast and delicious. This location is close to my job and I just love it when I have it for lunch. I usually get pernil with yellow rice, beans and sweet plantains. This is the full combo, gets me feeling so content and satisfied. Like look at this! I can barely finish it myself. Always bring leftovers home!

Owner is rude and mean. Paid $30 for two chicken sandwiches and asked for extra green sauce and owner charged for it. My friend ordered breaded chicken with rice and beans and requested the chicken be put on the side and owner requested an extra dollar for container. Like the food but will not return. Customer service the worst and prices are super high. Not worth it

food tastes extremely subpar especially for the prices. hardly any complexity to the flavor; yucca, pork, rice + beans, turkey, all tasted really flat. the pork was p juicy tho. i asked for more green sauce but was only given a few small containers for my large order i forget which of their locations actually serves nice food and is rly generous w giving sauces/etc staff was nice; they accommodated my friend and i's requests for more or less of certain items get the large size container for your meal; it's only $2 more for a lot more food. interior was cute

Ordered Steak onions with rice and peas... Straight Trash!! The sweet plantains was oily n soggy. ALTHOUGH, the beef empanada was delicious and the ONLY thing I enjoyed! Chicke ln empanada-i'll Pass next time.
